FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT VOLUNTEERING AND COMMUNITY SERVICE AT THE LIBRARY.
The Uintah County Library welcomes tweens & teens to come and take part in volunteering at the Library. With our Teen Volunteer Program you can learn all the skills necessary to work in a Library setting as well as other great jobs skills.
HOW CAN I START VOLUNTEERING AT MY LIBRARY?
Come by the Library and pick-up an application. You can fill it out here or take it home and bring it back. Once we have your application we will give you a call to come in for an interview.
WHAT ARE THE BENIFITS OF VOLUNTEERING FOR TEENS?
For teens, volunteering helps you acquire real life job skills. These skills can help you when the time comes for you to apply for jobs.
YOUTH COMMUNITY SERVICE
HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO VOLUNTEER AT THE LIBRARY?
You must be at least 12 years old to volunteer or do community service at the Library.
